Please use the form below to to request transcripts from Iona Prep or Rice High School. You may request up to three official transcripts (and one unofficial transcript) using this form. If you are requesting more than three official transcripts, please submit the form a second time. Students currently enrolled at Iona Prep should see Mrs. Robbins in the Counseling department if they need a transcript.

If you need a transcript for the NCAA, please also contact the Counseling department.

The cost of transcripts is $5 each.

An OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT may only be sent directly to the admissions office of a college or university or to a business on behalf of the student.

An UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT may be requested for personal use and will be mailed to the address provided by the student.
